Do Not Call Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of the Do Not Call Policy (“Policy”) is to set out the legal requirements and standards applicable to Endurance Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively “Endurance,” “Company” or “us”).

2. POLICY

Introduction

Endurance intends to honor the wishes of any person who does not want to be called by our organization for sales purposes.  The following policy applies to all sales solicitations and campaigns performed by our company.

Do Not Call Policy (Telephone Consumer Protection Act 47 United States Code §227)

Consumers and businesses (“you”) may request, by telephone or in writing (including by email or chat), that Endurance stop calling you and place your number on an Endurance brand’s Do Not Call list.  Although we may ask for your name, address and telephone number, we will accept a request even if you only wish to provide your telephone number.  You have the right to have calls stopped and to have your number(s) added to our Do Not Call list(s), even if you are still a customer of one or more of our brands.  All valid requests will be honored regardless of the circumstances relating to the request.

When we receive a request, the telephone number is added to our Do Not Call list within seven days.  In some cases it may take up to 30 calendar days for your telephone number to be removed from all applicable calling lists.  A Do Not Call request stays on our list indefinitely.  In the event that you are on our internal Do Not Call list and request a phone call from us (e.g., by filling out an online contact form that informs you that we will be calling), we can call you in response to that specific inquiry only, but you will remain on our internal list unless you specifically request to be removed from it.  If you move, change your telephone number or add additional telephone number(s), you must provide us with the relevant telephone number(s) in order for us to prevent calls to those number(s).  More information about how we collect, use, and share personal information is available in our Privacy Notice, available at www.endurance.com/privacy/privacy.

All employees and Representatives that engage in outbound telephone solicitation are trained on this policy and made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to place calls to consumers.  Managers, supervisors, or trainers must review this policy with these employees annually.  All applicable employees will be re-trained on an annual basis.

If you notify us that you have received a telephone call from us after you have already requested to be placed on our Do Not Call list, we will have a manager or supervisor investigate.  The manager or supervisor will also confirm that the telephone number is on the Do Not Call list.  Upon request, we will mail or e-mail (as requested) you a confirmation that the telephone number is on the list.  For ConstantContact, please email donotcall@constantcontact.com and for all other requests email optout@endurance.com to request a mailed confirmation.

The Federal Trade Commission offers a free service to consumers that allows you to place your telephone number on a National Do Not Call Registry that is applicable to certain types of calls.  Consumers may add their telephone numbers to the list either by calling 888-382-1222 or through the internet at www.donotcall.gov.  It may take several weeks before you notice a reduction in calls.

The methods and procedures in this Do Not Call policy are reviewed by Endurance’s compliance and ethics team biennially.

If you have questions, comments or concerns, please email optout@constantcontact.com or optout@endurance.com.
